The 12th annual GDR RAFALD conference will be held in Orléans from December 9 to 11, 2026. It will bring together experts and newcomers in the field of atomic layer deposition and etching (ALD–ALE) to exchange ideas and discuss the latest innovations and applications. The program will include oral presentations, poster sessions, tutorials, roundtable discussions, and an industrial exhibition.

 

Registration and abstract submission (extended deadline) are now open.

Abstracts may be submitted until September 28, 2026 October 20, 2026, and authors will be notified on October 26, 2026. To submit an abstract, download the template from the “Abstract Template” tab, fill it out, and upload it under “Submit an Abstract” in PDF format. Fill out the metadata (page 1), the author information (page 2), upload the file (page 3 - no additional data needs to be attached), and then submit (page 4).
